Working principle of electric forklift

As a kind of logistics equipment, electric forklift is a supply chain management tool driven by electric energy. It is mainly composed of three parts: a motor, an electronic control system, and a hydraulic system. It can realize efficient handling, stacking, loading and unloading operations, and is more environmentally friendly and energy-saving than traditional internal combustion engine forklifts.

1. Power system of electric forklift
The power system of an electric forklift consists of three parts: battery pack, motor and controller. The battery pack usually consists of a lead-acid battery or a nickel-metal hydride battery, which outputs direct current. When the forklift is working, the battery pack is connected to the motor, and the speed and torque of the motor are adjusted through the transmission or electronic controller to control the speed of the forklift.
2. Hydraulic system of electric forklift
The hydraulic system is another very important system on an electric forklift. Hydraulic systems perform various operations by using oil as a medium. For example, use hydraulic cylinders to lift goods, tilt forks, etc. The hydraulic system consists of an oil tank, an oil pump, a motor, an oil pipe, a hydraulic valve, a hydraulic cylinder, an oil cylinder, etc. When the operator presses the command button, the hydraulic system senses the signal and operates.
3. Control system of electric forklift
The control system is one of the most critical parts of an electric forklift. It consists of a central processing unit, sensors, displays, etc. The function of the control system is to monitor parameters such as battery power, motor speed, and hydraulic oil pressure, and to control the operation of the forklift based on these inputs. At the same time, the control system can also collect data, such as forklift running time, distance, load, etc., to facilitate managers to understand its usage and maintenance records.
4. Working principle of electric forklift
When working, the operator starts the electric forklift through pedal operation, converting the electrical energy of the battery pack into mechanical energy, causing the motor to drive the wheels to rotate and push the forklift forward or backward. When the goods need to be lifted or lowered, the operator controls the hydraulic cylinder piston through the handle to raise or lower the fork arm or fork to complete the stacking or unloading task of the goods.
