Regarding the maintenance of diesel forklifts, we have always recommended that customers adhere to the principle of prevention first, institutionalize, standardize, and scientificize maintenance, and strive to improve the efficiency of the forklift. Maintenance is divided into a running-in period. The characteristics of the diesel forklift's running-in period are that the machined surface of the parts is relatively rough, the lubrication performance is poor, the wear is increased, and the fasteners are easy to loosen, so it must be used and maintained in accordance with the regulations of the diesel forklift's running-in period.

Maintenance is divided into daily maintenance, first-level maintenance, second-level maintenance and third-level maintenance. The following is a breakdown of maintenance items: Maintenance must have maintenance records, and the maintenance categories are as follows:

Ⅰ. Daily maintenance: Check before starting the forklift every day 1. Check the oil pan, oil bath air filter, and oil level in the fuel injection pump. The reason for the increase should be found and eliminated. If the engine oil is insufficient, it should be replenished to the specified value. 2. Check the cooling level in the water tank. If it is insufficient, top it up. When the temperature may be lower than 5℃, the cooling water should be drained after shutdown (when there is no antifreeze). 3. Check and tighten the leaking bolts and nuts of the diesel engine to eliminate oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage. 4. When working in a dusty environment, compressed air should be used to remove dust on the air filter element. 5. Remove the dirt, dust and oil on the outside of the diesel engine. 6. When the diesel engine is running, pay attention to the sound, observe the color of the exhaust smoke, and eliminate any faults and abnormalities found.

Ⅱ. First-level maintenance (cumulative working time of 50 hours, car driving about 2500Km) 1. Remove the dust on the air filter element and in the dust tray; 2. Replace the oil in the oil bath air filter; 3. Check and adjust the fan belt The tension; 4. Add grease to the water pump bearings (except the coupling bearing water pump); 5. Check all parts of the diesel engine. Make necessary adjustments as needed; 6. After the maintenance is completed, start the diesel engine to check its operation and eliminate any faults and abnormalities found.

Ⅲ. Secondary maintenance (accumulated working hours of 250 hours, car driving approximately 12,500Km) 1. Replace the engine oil, clean the oil pan and oil filter; 2. Clean the oil filter, and replace the filter element; 3. Replace the fuel injection pump and air compressor of engine oil. 4. Clean the fuel tank, fuel pump filter and pipeline; 5. Replace the diesel filter element; 6. Use compressed air to blow away the dust in the generator, check whether all components are normal, and deal with abnormal parts; 7. Adjust the valve clearance , and check the valve spring; 8. Check the opening pressure and atomization quality of the injector, and adjust them if necessary.

Ⅳ.Third-level maintenance (accumulated working hours of 1,000 hours, car driving approximately 50,000 km) 1. Clean the cooling system and remove scale; 2. Clean the oil cooler; 3. Replace the air filter element and diesel filter element; 4. Disassemble and inspect the cylinder head and check the valve seal properties, remove carbon deposits, and grind valves as appropriate; 5. Check the tightening of cylinder head bolts, main bearing bolts, and connecting rod bolts, and if the tightening torque is insufficient, retighten it to the specified value; 6. Check the generator, Start the motor, clean and repair it and add new grease; 7. Check the fuel injection pump, adjust the fuel supply advance angle, and adjust the fuel injection pump as appropriate; 8. Check the air compressor, grind the valve as appropriate, and remove carbon deposits.
