Everyone should be very familiar with forklifts, so are you familiar with the basic structure of a forklift engine? The following is an introduction to the basic structure of a forklift internal combustion engine:

1.Starting system
The starting system of a forklift is a device used to start the internal combustion engine, which mainly consists of a starter and ancillary devices.  The fuel used in the diesel engine is diesel. Its structure is basically the same as that of the gasoline engine, except that the composition of the supply system is different and there is no ignition system. The diesel engine supply system mainly consists of air filter, diesel filter, fuel transfer pump, fuel injection pump, governor, fuel injector, intake and exhaust manifold and other parts.

2.Gas distribution mechanism
The valvetrain is the ventilation mechanism of the internal combustion engine, which mainly consists of intake and exhaust valves, camshafts, and transmission parts.
3. Supply system
The supply system is a system that ensures the supply of fresh combustible mixture into the cylinder and the export of exhaust gas. It is mainly composed of air filter, fuel filter, carburetor, gasoline pump, intake and exhaust manifold and other parts.

4. Lubrication system
The lubrication system is a system that supplies lubricating oil to the surface of the moving parts of the internal combustion engine. It is mainly composed of oil pump, oil filter, pressure limiting valve and pipelines.
5. Cooling system
The cooling system is a system used to absorb and dissipate excess heat from the heated parts of the internal combustion engine. It is mainly composed of water pump, radiator, cooling fan and other parts.

6. Ignition system
The ignition system ensures that sparks are generated at the specified time. A device that ignites the compressed combustible mixture in the cylinder. It is composed of ignition coil, distributor, spark plug and other parts.
